Blue in the Bluebonnets

I know I look happy here, but I am more forlorn now than I think I've ever been. Does this heart break know no bounds?

Easter was lovely. I spent the weekend at Ivy's with Melanie and Jeff. I watched conference and loved what I heard and felt. Ivy played Easter Bunny. I watched Where the Wild Things Are.

Everything breathes in heaves and sighs these days. My blood is all needles. My throat is a knot. My eyes are anvils. Where is my spring?

We planted an Easter Lily that we had in the house 4 years ago. It has come back every year outside now. However, this year, it is late. It's Spring must be on a different schedule. Each day is still grows just a little bit, although at a much slower pace than usual. It's Spring must be delayed like yours. But it will blossom when it's ready, I'm pretty sure...

It turned back into Winter here in Dallas. Perhaps Spring will never come, so long as Summer does I'll be fine with that. Hurt someone or something. You sound like you need to.

Oh, Dinny! Hurting only breeds more hurt. You are silly sometimes.
